Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Return Policy
All tire purchases are covered by a 30-day return period starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, tires must be:

  • Unused and unmounted
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging

Mounted or used tires are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

 

Refunds & Exchanges
If your return is approved, you may choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • An exchange for another product of equal value

Refunds are issued after the returned items are received and inspected.

 

Return Shipping
All return shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipment until received by us.

 

Late Returns
Returns requested after the 30-day period are not guaranteed and may be accepted at our sole discretion. Approved late returns may be subject to a partial refund or store credit only.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or documentation to verify the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost, including applicable shipping.

 

Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If you request to cancel an order after payment has been completed, your refund will be subject to a 5% processing and administrative fee. This fee covers non-refundable transaction costs and order processing expenses.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued minus this 5% fee of the total order value.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under this return policy.
