Engineered for Heavy-Duty Towing and Off-Road Torture

Designed to help full-sized pickups work hard on pavement, then work just as hard when roads are muddy, snowy, and rocky or when there are no roads at all. The Open Country M/T combines solid on-road performance with extra ground clearance, higher load-carrying capacity, and greater ability to go off-road. Truck enthusiasts know it for its long wear, low noise and aggressive tread pattern.

  • OPEN, SCALLOPED SHOULDER BLOCKS - Improves off-road traction by biting into the ground. Prevents mud and snow buildup.
  • AGGRESSIVE, ATTACK TREAD DESIGN WITH HOOK-SHAPED BLOCKS - Delivers excellent off-road traction and great on-road performance.
  • OVER-THE-SHOULDER TREAD - Provides additional forward traction in deep mud and snow. Delivers improved handling in turns.
  • DEEP SIPING IN THE TREAD BLOCKS - Helps maintain grip on wet surfaces.
  • HIGH TURN-UP, 3-PLY POLYESTER CASING - Strengthens tire to provide excellent handling and durability, while maintaining proper load capacity.

Common Fitments:

  • Rim Width

  • Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty

  • Ram 2500 / 3500

FAQs:

  • What is the difference between 12.50 and 13.50 width?

The 13.50 is one inch wider, providing a more aggressive look and better floatation in soft terrain, but it is more likely to rub on suspension components and usually requires wider aftermarket wheels.

  • Is this tire "Load Range E"?

Yes, the LT designation stands for Light Truck, and in this size, it typically carries an E load rating, supporting over 3,700 lbs per tire at 65 PSI.

  • Will it fit a 20x9 wheel?

Yes, a 20x9 is the minimum recommended width, though many enthusiasts prefer a 20x10 or 20x12 to properly square off the sidewall of a 13.50-wide tire.
